This weekend at The Connells’ SOLD OUT show in Richmond, VA we saw Matt McMichael’s new project ‘Surrender Human.’  Absolutely loved them!  Great stuff! Surrender Human is a Chapel Hill rock and roll machine consisting of Matt McMichaels (guitar) formerly of lakes&woods and Mayflies USA, Robert Sledge (bass) formerly in Ben Folds Five and Tony Stiglitz (drums) who has played in lakes&woods, Jett Rink and Chris Stamey. Everybody sings because rock music is best when shared.
